Arctic is a fun-loving 4-year-old girl with a heart full of joy. She loves greeting new friends with a wag and a smile, then happily entertains herself with her favorite soft toys — especially the ones she can toss, chew, and un-stuff like a pro. After a good play session (bonus points for a peanut butter Kong!), Arctic settles down like a champ. She's sweet, social, and seems unfazed by other dogs — a perfect mix of playful energy and easygoing charm.
